📦 Return Conditions

If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the displayed product image, you may request a return according to our return conditions. Applicable courier charges may apply.

⏰ Return Time Limit

Any return request or complaint must be made immediately during delivery inspection. Once the delivery person leaves, returns or complaints may not be accepted.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Items that are used, damaged by customers, or missing original packaging may not qualify for return.
